WARRANT SERVICE
On Thursday January 9, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a Bench Warrant for Tammy McCaw, age 37 of Buffalo Mills, Pennsylvania. The warrant was issued as a result of McCaw failing to appear for trial on June 11, 2013 for a previous Theft arrest. McCaw was processed, served and taken to the Allegany County District Court Commissioners Office for a bond hearing. She was held on a $20,000.00 bond at the Allegany County Detention Center.

CHARGE: Fail to Appear.
SUMMONS SERVICE
On Thursday January 9, 2014, Cumberland City Police served a Criminal Summons on Leo Derocher Jr., age 21 of Cumberland. On January 2, 2014, Cumberland City Police Officers responded to a business on Virginia Avenue in reference to a Theft. Investigation into this matter revealed that Derocher allegedly ordered a quantity of food and left the store without paying for services rendered. Derocher was served and released pending trial at the Allegany County District Court.

CHARGE: Theft Less than $100.00.
