Police Make Drug, Disorderly Conduct Arrests

Cumberland Police Department responded to First and Seymour Street to check on the wellbeing of a female that was reported to be under the influence of an unknown substance.  When officers arrived, they located and identified the female as Erika Diane Bucklew and made her aware of the complaint.  After questioning, Bucklew was discovered to be in possession of a quantity of suspected heroin.  Bucklew was arrested and charged with CDS possession not marihuana.  She was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on her own personal recognizance pending trial.

Bench Warrants Served

 

Cumberland Police Department served two District Court bench warrants on Philip Andrew Pietro.  The warrants were issued for failing to appear for trial on June 29th, 2021 for malicious destruction of property and disorderly conduct charges.  He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held on a $4,000 bond.
