On Thursday, December 27th, 2018 the Cumberland Police Department served a Circuit Court warrant on James Glenn Nash. The warrant was issued when failed to appear for court on December 20th, 2018. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.
