Allegany College of Maryland has announced the winner of the 2019-2020 Jim Robey Achievement Scholarship.
Hunter Downey, of LaVale, was awarded the $500 scholarship, which will be applied in half of the total amount in the two upcoming semesters.
Robey, who was the personification of community service at WCBC, passed away in 2005.
