On February 6th, 2021 an officer from the Cumberland Police Department conducted a traffic stop on East Industrial Boulevard where they made contact with the operator, Wayne Scott Skipper II.
A K-9 was requested which indicated a positive alert on the vehicle. A subsequent search of the vehicle and his person revealed several items of controlled dangerous substances, and controlled dangerous substance paraphernalia.
Skipper was placed under arrest and taken before a District Court Commissioner where he was released on his own recognizance.
Arrest: Wayne Scott Skipper II, age 33, Springfield WV.
Charges: Two Counts of Possession not Marijuana, Possession of Paraphernalia
