The Cumberland Police Department is investigating a tractor trailer crash on Interstate 68 westbound just prior to Beall Street (Exit 43). No injuries are reported and the cause of the crash is still under investigation. Traffic will be reduced to one lane in the area of the crash for an extended period of time. Please reduce your speed and use caution in this area. The Cumberland Police Department is being assisted by the Cumberland Fire Department, State Highway Administration and the Maryland State Police Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Division will complete a post crash inspection of the truck.
