Two arrested for discharging fireworks

On Friday the Cumberland Police Department responded to the area of Sedgwick Street for the report of fireworks being set off disturbing several callers.  When officers arrived in the area, two males attempted to flee from officers but were eventually detained.  Thomas Hunter Presakorn and Dylan Michael Clark were both arrested and charged with discharging fireworks without a permit.  Both were issued  criminal citations and released pending trial.

Disorderly Intoxication Arrest

 

On Friday, March 13th, 2020 the Cumberland Police Department responded to Weber Street for an intoxicated male causing a disturbance.  When officer arrived, they contacted Robert Jay Toey who was very intoxicated and creating issues in the presence of officers.  Toey was arrested and later released after receiving a criminal citation for disorderly intoxication.

    Talk about the developmentally delayed; in my youth we got over the M-80 phase in junior high school. These men are likely in junior college. Maybe they will be needing the birds and bees chat in a while.
