ON Sunday just before 6:00 PM, there was a single vehicle tractor trailer collision on westbound Interstate 68 at the 73mm, in Washington County.
The tractor trailer wound up in the center median, but due to a diesel fuel spill, lanes on both eastbound and westbound have only ONE lane of travel opened, causing delays.
