On October 5th, 2025 at approximately 2:23 p.m., the Cumberland Police Department responded to Broadway Circle for an assault. Upon arrival officers contacted the victim who advised that they were in an argument with Amber Marie Davis and she assaulted  them. Officers observed injuries consistent with the victim's statement and placed Davis under arrest for the assault. Davis was transported to Central Booking and was presented before an Allegany County District Court commissioner, where she was released on her own recognizance.
