On 11/12/2025 at approximately 12:45 PM an officer from the Cumberland City Police Department was patrolling the area of Queen City Drive. The officer observed a male trespassing on CSX property while a train was actively moving through the area. The officer was able to stop and contact Devin Matthews, directing him to a safe area. Matthews was issued a Criminal Citation for trespassing and released from the scene.
