The Passages of the Western Potomac Heritage Areas and the Western Maryland Scenic Railroad are partnering for a second holiday season on the “Golden Ticket” promotion. “Most of the folks that come to ride the Polar Express come in groups so the businesses can really benefit from that because they’re usually looking at a group of four to a dozen in one group. So if all of those folks are patronizing your business because of the Golden Ticket, that potentially could be a lot of people.”
