Governor Patrick Morrisey was in Keyser this past Friday to help cut the ribbon on the new Judicial Annex building for the Mineral County Courthouse.  Morrisey joined other state officials including Senate President Randy Smith and Delegates Gary Howell and Rick Hildebrand in the ceremony.  The Governor said the new building celebrates the county’s past as well as its future…
