The owner, operator, and chef at Gene's Family Restaurant on Route 220 in Bel Air died this week.  Eugenio "Geno" Squillari, 90, of Cumberland passed away on Wednesday, June 25, 2025 at his home.  Squillari was born in Italy and was a 1956 graduate of LaSalle High School in Cumberland.  The colorful and talented chef is survived by two sons, Rik and Wayne.  Viewing will be at Adams Family Funeral Home on Monday from 5-7 p.m.  A funeral service will be conducted at the funeral home on Tuesday, July 1, 2025 at 11 a.m. with Deacon Ryan Schmeltzer officiating.
