During his speech to the Maryland Association of Counties, Governor Wes Moore said that the steady leadership in the state is what will get Maryland through the issues it is facing internally and externally. Moore told those attending that the changing federal landscape creates effects everywhere…

   

“These policies that we are seeing from Washington D.C. are not just hurting Democrats. They are hurting Democrats, Republicans, Independents, Agnostics, people who do not care, but who are now seeing that neither does Washington care about them. This is going to hurt all of us.”

“Because when people are looking to you for support, you don’t ask what their pillar to hill affiliation is, you don’t ask how they voted in the last election, you don’t ask about their family lineage, you don’t ask what part of the county they’re from. Your job is to provide support.”
