Governor Patrick Morrisey is pleased about rule changes coming to the March Madness basketball tournament selection process.  His office along with the West Virginia Attorney General had claimed the 2025 March Madness selection process was flawed, eliminating WVU from participating. Governor Morrisey says the new rules will level the playing field…

“That as a result of the investigation and the work by our attorney general and our office, the NCAA is changing its conflict of interest policy to make sure what happened in the past that led to the WVU snub will never happen again.”
