Pittsburg Pirate’s hard-throwing right-hander Paul Skenes will start his second straight All Star Game on Tuesday night at Truist Park in Atlanta. Skenes was the National League starter last year during his rookie campaign, pitching one inning during which he walked Juan Soto before retiring the side. Skenes is 4-8 despite his major league-best 2.01 ERA. He has 131 strikeouts and 30 walks in 131 innings. The Pirates are last in the NL Central with a record of 38-58.
