On Saturday, November 15, 2025, Officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to a local medical center for the report of a female trespassing. Upon arrival, Officers were advised that the female had been ordered by staff to leave the property and was refusing to do so. Officers then made contact with the female, who refused to identify herself. She was placed under arrest and transported to the Allegany County Detention Center, where she was identified as Theresa Marie Bailey. Bailey was taken before a District Court Commissioner, where she was held on a temporary commitment.
