On Monday, December 22nd, 2025, officers with the Cumberland Police Department served a bench warrant on Duane Allen Crowe Jr. Crowe was arrested on an active bench warrant issued by the Allegany County District Court on December 19th, 2025. The warrant alleged that Crowe violated the terms and conditions of probation stemming from a previous conviction for malicious destruction of property. 

Following his arrest, Crowe appeared before a District Court Commissioner for a bond hearing and was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center without bond.

Arrest: Duane Allen Crowe Jr., Age 36, Cumberland, Maryland
