One of WCBC’s family passed away on Monday. Paul “Buddy” Mullan passed away in Silver Spring where he had been living at a rehab facility since having issues following heart surgery in 2023. Mullan was a graduate of Bishop Walsh and Frostburg State University.  WCBC spoke with Steve Keady, one of Paul’s good friends about his passing…

   

“He was the kind of a guy who didn’t really seek out the spotlight, but he was glad to shine it on somebody else. Just a great guy who would do anything to help you, and would bend over backwards, and he did often. He did for me, and I just love him for it.”
