Seven counts of sexual offenses have been brought against a local church youth worker involving conduct with a 13-year old girl. Trey Allen Magee, 23, was charged on April 5th following an investigation by C3I after the child’s parents contacted the Maryland State Police. The charges are linked to an incident that occurred at the minor’s home on March 28th and include third-degree sexual offense, 4th degree sexual offense, and assault in the second degree. Magee was released on a $15,000 bond. The investigation is continuing.
