On Saturday, December 30th, 2017, the Cumberland Police Department served two arrest warrants on Brady Aaron Twigg of Cumberland. The warrants were issued when Twigg failed to appear for Circuit Court on December 19th, 2017 and District Court on December 26th, 2017. Twigg was remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond until he can be seen by a judge of the Circuit Court.

Arrest Warrant Served
On December 30th, 2017 the Cumberland City Police served an arrest warrant on Ashley McCormick Weaver of Cumberland for failure to appear in District Court for traffic charges. He was taken before the District Court Commissioner and was released on his own personal recognizance pending trial.

Charge: FTA on driving uninsured.
