Arrest Warrant Service

 

On Friday October 13, 2017 the Cumberland Police Department served two arrest warrants on BRITTANY ANN SMITH.  Both of the warrants were for failure to appear on previous District Court cases.  After the warrant service, Smith was transport to the District Court Commissioner’s office for her initial appearance.  As a result of the hearing she was release on her personal recognizance.

Criminal Summons Service

 

On Friday October 13, 2017 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on VERNON JAY REDMAN for one count of indecent exposure.  Redman was released after being served the summons pending trial in District Court.

On Friday October 13, 2017 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on CARL WILLIAM ROY for one count of theft less than $100.00.  Roy was released after being served the summons pending trial in District Court.
