On Tuesday February 6th, 2024 an officer of the Cumberland Police Department observed Timothy Riddle to be walking in the area of Bedford Street. The officer knew Timothy to have an active Arrest Warrant. The officer contacted Riddle and advised him of his Arrest Warrant, and Riddle attempted to leave his belongings with another individual. The officer then observed Riddle to pull a vile of a controlled dangerous substance from his pocket, and the officer seized the controlled dangerous substance. Riddle was issued a Criminal Citation for possession not cannabis, and was taken before a District Court Commissioner for his Arrest Warrant, where he was held on a $2,500 bond.
Arrest: Timothy Charles Riddle, age 40, Cumberland Maryland.
Charges: Failure to Appear, Possession Not Cannabis.
