The Cumberland City Council heard from Mark Gandolfi, City Comptroller on Tuesday with a follow-up budget presentation that maintains the city’s $2.6 million dollar surplus for fiscal year 2024. Gandolfi went over revenues and expenditures and also the city’s bond rating upgrade details.
Gandolfi gave kudos to everyone involved in the budgeting process for 2024, pointing to a good year ahead.
