At approximately 0326hrs officers responded to a Columbia Avenue residence for a report a domestic assault in progress. Officers arrived and observed a female attempting to leave through a rear door. Officers stopped the female before making contact with the complainant. Officers talked with him and discovered that prior to their arrival the two subjects had an argument which led to an assault. The victim had a bite mark on his hand and the officer observed bleeding in the same area. Officers again made contact with the female who was identified as Terry Lynn Frazier. They questioned her about the incident but she denied that any assault occurred. At this time based on the observations and the statement from the victim, Frazier as taken into custody without incident. She was later transported to the District Court Commissioner where she was released pending trial in District Court.

At approximately 1119hrs officers were contacted by a female at police headquarters in reference to a domestic assault which occurred last evening at a Washington Street residence. The victim stated that during the incident she was assaulted and had injuries consistent her statement. Officers made contact with Brent Allen Hampson and questioned him about the alleged assault. Hampson provided details and was later taken into custody. He as transported to the District Court Commissioners office where he was released pending trial.
