On Wednesday, April 26th, 2023, The Cumberland City Police responded to a residence in the 300 block of Independence St for the report of a disturbance. Upon arrival, officers contacted the caller who advised that a neighbor had trespassed on their property. They stated the subject walked through the yard and called them a name. The subject was also observed to be holding a knife at his side during the incident As a result, Flores Jose Juarez, 69, of Cumberland MD, was placed under arrest and transported to Police Headquarters for processing. He was issued a Criminal Citation and released, pending trial in District Court.
Arrested: Flores Jose Juarez Age: 69
Charges: Disorderly Conduct.
