Lt. Daniel B. Lasher, director of Operations at the Allegany County Detention Center, is the newly elected president of the Maryland Correctional Administrator’s Association. Lasher was sworn in to office by Sheriff Craig Robertson at the MCAA 40th Annual Conference held last month in Ocean City in front of more than 400 friends and colleagues. He has served two years as vice president and will serve two as president and two as past president on the association’s executive board.
