“I don’t really think I need to earmark anything as far as democrat or republican.  For years, we had a democratic speaker, but he was very good at what he did, and he helped our community greatly, and the same thing is going on right now.  We need—democrat or republican—we need the person that helps our community without deciding what your party has to be.”
