UPDATE: 10-01-25 at 8:01 A.M.  The mIssing juvenile has been located.

REOPRT: 10-01-25 at 2:02 A.M.  Elijah James Twigg, 14, W/M, has been reported to the Cumberland Police Department as a missing/runaway juvenile. Twigg was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt, grey sweatpants, and Nike shoes.  He was last seen in the south Cumberland area at around 6 p.m. on 9/30/25. Twigg is approximately 5' in height and weighs approximately 120 lbs. He also has curly brown hair and blue eyes. If anyone has information on Twigg's whereabouts, they are encouraged to contact the Cumberland Police Department.
