Ongoing complaints about system failures at Country Club Mall in LaVale have reached the ears of the Allegany County government officials.  Economic Development Director Jeff Barclay spoke with WCBC about calls his office received concerning the lack of air conditioning and businesses closed, leaving or having limited hours at the mall.
