A special public meeting of the Allegany County Board of Elections is planned for today at 5pm to hear comments on the Polling Place Consolidation Proposal. The proposal shows seven polling locations being consolidated into 3 locations within the City of Cumberland. Polling places proposed to close include Emmanuel Episcopal, Washington Middle School, and Living Stone Church of the Brethren.
