In a project with the city of Cumberland and Potomac Edison installing vehicle chargers in the North Liberty parking lot last year, the Cumberland Mayor agreed that maybe it's time to reevaluate charging stations in the city.
WCBC news has confirmed that the Downtown Development Commission Clean, Safe and Green Committee is tasked to evaluate grants and potential locations for vehicle charging stations. The newly formed committee is scheduled to meet later this month.
