“Republicans are in control. They have the White House, the House, the Senate. I think that if there is a shutdown, there has to be ownership when you have control of all the levers of power. I am concerned about the looming cuts to the subsidies that are going to drive up costs by thousands of dollars for working families in Maryland and across the country.”
