On Saturday, April 1, 2023 at approximately 4:44 PM, officers of the Cumberland Police Department responded to the first block of Weber Street for a male subject causing a disturbance. Officers contacted the caller who reported that Woodrow Dean had been standing in the street, yelling at her and another resident. Officers learned that there was a current Peace Order in place, ordering Dean to not contact the caller and the other resident. After further investigation, officers located Dean and placed him under arrest. Dean was transported to Central Booking. He was later seen by a District Court Commissioner and posted a $2,500 unsecured personal bond.

CHARGES: Violate Peace Order (x2), Disturb the Peace
