On Monday, January 22nd, 2024, the Cumberland City Police responded to the 100 block of West Oldtown Rd for the report of a noise disturbance. Upon arrival on scene, officers spoke to multiple neighbors who each complained of very loud music coming from a neighboring apartment. Officers then made contact with the occupant of the suspect residence and asked for the music to be turned down. The resident became irate with officers and refused to provide a name or turn down the music, creating further public disturbance. Officers then advised the subject he was under arrest. The subject refused to comply and actively resisted arrest. After a brief struggle, Brock Ian Uglow, , was placed under arrest. He was taken before a District Court Commissioner for his Initial Appearance where he was released on his own recognizance.

Charges: Disorderly Conduct, Disturb the Peace, Resist Arrest, Fail to Obey, Disorderly House.
