The Allegany County Animal Shelter has posted the following on social media:
"Tonight our Animal Control Officer John and shelter manager has been on a puppy mill bust on Maryland Avenue. They have taken 35 dogs – different breeds, different sizes to the shelter. If you have any spare crates that we can have or borrow, please bring them to the shelter tomorrow. As we know more information, we will post it on our Facebook page and will give the media information to share. Thank you."
