On 6/8/2021 the Cumberland City Police Department served a Grand Jury Indictment on Kenneth Lamont Moore. Mr. Moore was indicted on Distribution of Controlled Dangerous Substances charges. Mr. Moore was taken to the Allegany County Detention Center held without bond pending his initial appearance in Circuit Court.
