City Police Serve Bench & Arrest Warrants Monday

On April 16, 2019, the Cumberland Police served a Bench Warrant on Sean Robey, age 21 of Cumberland, MD.   The Bench Warrant stemmed from Robey failing to appear in District Court on April 12, 2019 on theft charges.  He was later transported to District Court for his Initial Appearance and released pending trial.

On April 15, 2019, the Cumberland Police served an Arrest Warrant on Logan Litton, age 20 of Cumberland, MD.  The Warrant stemmed from a April 13, 2019 incident where the Cumberland Police responded to the 300 block of Avirette Avenue.  When officers arrived they discovered Litton was at the location in violation of pretrial release conditions.  Officers then applied for charges in District and a Warrant was issued charging Litton with 2 counts of violating release condition-crime of violence, and 2 counts of violating release conditions-person eligible for relief. Subsequently, Litton was taken to District Court for his Initial Appearance and remanded to the Allegany County Detention Center on $5000 bond.
