On 03/02/2020 the Cumberland City Police Department served a criminal summons on John Forrest Ledbetter. A citizen went to the Commissioner and filed the charges against Mr. Ledbetter. Mr. Ledbetter signed for his copies of the summons and will be pending trial in District Court.

Charges – Disturbing the Peace, Harassment a Course of Conduct, and littering less than 100 pounds
