On November 12, 2019, the Cumberland Police served a Circuit Court Arrest Warrant on Dustin Youngblood, age 27 of Cumberland, Maryland. The Warrant stemmed from Youngblood violating his conditions of probation. Youngblood was served with the Warrant and taken to the Allegany County Detention Center to await his Initial Appearance in Circuit Court.
