Cumberland Police Make Assault & Trespassing Arrests

On Tuesday, June 25, 2019, 12:03 am, the Cumberland Police responded to the 1800 block of East Oldtown Road for a domestic assault. Upon arrival officers contacted the victim and Tori Redinger, age 31 of Cumberland. During the investigation officers learned that Redinger and the victim had been in an argument. The argument then became physical and the victim was struck by Redinger. Officers investigating the incident located evidence and injuries consistent with the victim’s statement. Subsequently, Redinger was placed under arrest and charged with second degree assault. She was later transported to District Court for her Initial Appearance and released on her own recognizance.

On Monday, June 24, at 11:25 am, the Cumberland Police responded to Jane Frazier Village residence for a trespassing complaint. Upon arrival officers located Nathan Frye, age 35 of Cumberland. Officers verified that Frye was trespassed from the property. Subsequently, Frye was arrested for trespassing and transported the Cumberland Police Department. He was then issued a Criminal Citation and released pending trial in District Court.
