On 04/08/18 at 12:04pm Officers with the Cumberland Police Dept. responded to Brown Ave at the on ramp to I-68 East for a report of a motor vehicle accident. Upon arrival Officers observed a tractor trailer into the guardrail and a telephone pole. The on ramp was closed for approximately one hour while recovery crews freed the truck and trailer from the guardrail. The driver of the truck identified as Nenemoosha Berry of Augusta Georgia was charged with negligent driving as a result of the crash. The Cumberland Police Dept was assisted by the Cumberland Fire Dept, State Highway Administration, and Potomac Edison.
