Summons Served
On Tuesday, December 17th, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department served a criminal summons on Shawn Deon Lee Henderson for possession of contra ban in a place of confinement and CDS possession not marihuana. On December 2nd, 2019 the Cumberland Police Department transferred custody of Henderson to the Allegany County Detention Center for an arrest warrant and during the booking process, he was found to have prescription narcotics his wallet. Henderson signed and received copies of his charging documents and was released pending trial.
