It’s Baseball, Beer, Apple Pie and Chevrolet Time today from noon until 10 p.m., as 1812 Brewery celebrates Major League Baseball Opening Day with a special event supporting the Dapper Dan Little League and the Lefty Grove Memorial Park in Lonaconing. Cory McCagh, owner and manager of 1812 Brewery, said the brewery will be debuting it’s newest beer, Lefty’s 31, in honor of Lefty Grove. Lefty Grove, born and raised in Lonaconing, was inducted into the National Baseball Hall of Fame in 1947. Eric Bean is with the Cumberland Dapper Dan Little League which will be on site for the big day raising money for the local program…
