Fraley Dismisses Possible Conflict of Interest with Chinese Program

One of the many issues that has surfaced in recent weeks pertaining to the Allegany County Public School System’s Chinese Immersion Program is a possible case of a board member having a conflict of interest. Board vice president Tammy Fraley, for several years, has provided housing for teachers in the program being compensated by the board. In addition, her children are in the program.
