Halloween Spooktacular in Downtown Cumberland – There's a little bit of something for everyone as Downtown Cumberland celebrates Halloween, Saturday, October 27.
11am – 1 pm -Trick-or-Treating for the Kids (12 and under) in Downtown Cumberland, Halloween Music with DJ Jimmy Hook on the McCoury Family Stage.
