Until 3 p.m. today, Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration (MDOT SHA) crews are performing micro grinding on eastbound I-68 between LaVale and Cumberland. Motorists can expect single lane closures and are urged to use extreme caution during the road work. MDOT SHA encourages motorists to heed all posted speed limit signs for your safety and the safety of others.
