The City of Cumberland Street Department would like to notify the public beginning immediately that a section of Valley Road between Fairview Avenue and Forest Avenue will be one lane due to a failure in the road. Traffic traveling South Bound will have to Stop for oncoming traffic. Traffic traveling North Bound will have to Yield to oncoming traffic. The Street Department will begin repairs to this area next week.
