WCBC asked West Virginia Governor Jim Justice if he could give parents of school children some guidance as to when they would know how the fall term would be handled, other than hoping to return to school on September 8th.
Justice said he would have a significant announcement on the issue on Wednesday.

As poorly as he has handled Covid-19 so far, with closing and opening and closing again, I don’t doubt that he will open schools to classes rather than use distance learning to keep the children, teachers and staff safe from possible infection.
Hopefully he will prove me wrong.
