Maryland Voters Lack Opinion on Gubernatorial Candidates

Voters in Maryland go to the polls in just under four  weeks, and a new poll shows that a sizable number of Marylanders don't know enough about the major party candidates for governor to form a favorable or unfavorable opinion. The Goucher College Poll of more than 700 residents finds that 32-percent did not know enough about Lt. Governor Anthony Brown to form an opinion, and 45-percent did not know enough about Republican Larry Hogan to form an opinion. Professor Mileah Kromer, Director of the Sarah T. Hughes Field Politics Center at Goucher, which conducted the poll, said that it appears both candidates are having trouble connecting to voters…
